(H4H) Help 4 Homeless Program: we provide hot meals, hygienic packets, warm showers, clothing, and temporary shelter (hotel vouchers are provide to us through a partnering agency).
Clothing Closet: we provide clothing to individuals and families who are underserved and fall below the socioeconomic poverty line as well as individuals who are in crisis.
Food Distribution: we provide groceries, weekly, to families who are low-income and are in need of food.
BIH, Black Infant Health Program, we empower pregnant and mothering African American women through our partnering agency, Sacramento County Dept. of Health and Human Services.
Job Placement: we assist with resume preparation, online job searches, and job referrals.
Youth Summer Enrichment Program: this program runs from June-August for ages 6-16; we provide the youth with a nutritious lunch and we do sports activities, crafts, water days, park days, but most importantly, we get the youth engaged in reading and writing to strengthen their literacy. We partner with the Sacramento Library so that our students benefit through their Summer literacy program.
Outreach Program: we host several events throughout the year to reach out, inform, and assist the needs of the community.
Volunteer Partnership: We provide volunteer opportunities to high school students from Community Collaborative Charter School to satisfy their graduation requirements. We also provide volunteer services for individuals and families who want to serve in the community through a partner organization, Serve Partnerships Unlimited. Our Volunteer partnership is open to everyone.
Referral Services: women in domestic violence, children under 5 programs, infant car seats and classes, mental health support.
